People get SOOO hung up on being complimented and reassured all the time, they end up completely relying on it to make them happy. So, this one’s for those of you who need reassurance CONSTANTLY. Ask yourself this…

What happens when that person WHO ALWAYS compliments you, just stops talking to you? What happens then?

You’ll end up feeling like crap, cuz you have spent sooo long relying on these messages from them, and you have got so used to this being ‘normal’, you’ll end up feeling much worse than if you hadn’t ever been complimented at all. Let’s be real here. Being complimented isn’t normal, if something is REAL, there shouldn’t need to be compliments thrown about all day every day…

Don’t let one positive comment or one negative comment ruin or make your day. 

You have GOT to learn to be confident…WITHOUT REASSURANCE. 

Check out my top tips to give you that confidence and independent fix that you need:

  • Be yourself every day…UNAPOLOGETICALLY. Take that mask off and show people who YOU ARE. Never pretend to be someone your not, or you’ll end up feeling guilty that your not staying true to yourself.
  • If you want to get into shape, change your diet etc, do it FOR YOU, not for them. You have to make all decisions for yourself, not for someone else.
  • REMEMBER that everyone is replaceable…including you. You HAVE TO be ok on your own, without compliments and reassurance, and NEVER rely on someone else to make you happy. Things can change in a blink of an eye, remember that.

If you are feeling low, have a quick word to yourself and say; ‘real ass bitch, you got dis’. As stupid as this sounds, it ACTUALLY works! You should never rely on other people’s opinions to make you happy. Happiness comes from within YOU.
