Is your reason for not going to the gym because you’re worried about being judged?
Ok.. Take a second and ask yourself why exactly you’re worried about being judged? And this might be a little realisation, and may hit a nerve but, the truthful honest question we have to ask ourselves is… “Am I judging other people?” (we’re all human and we’re all learning so don’t judge yourself on this one either. The more you learn to let go and understand your own emotions, the better we become as people).
If not, then why do you think people would be judging you? People always worry that they are being judged when they enter a vulnerable situation or feel like when they leave a room people are going to be ‘talking about them’, and it’s all just high-school memories. I mean, if people are actually doing these things as an adult (which unfortunately is very much the case) then they are the one with the problem. Right?
If you know that you are bettering yourself and are on your own journey then who f*** cares what people are thinking. Realistically every single person has their own reasons for going to the gym, their own goals they are trying to reach. The last thing people are going to be worrying about is you! (I know I know… I’m sorry).
But seriously, the gym is a safe place for people to zone out from the world and better themselves and their mindset. It’s just the anticipation before that slows us down…
And I feel ya don’t worry… you’re not on your own here.
Just take that first step and get yourself to the gym, see how you can do this…
WAYS YOU CAN GET OVER THE FEAR THAT PEOPLE ARE JUDGING YOU:

GET OUT OF YOUR OWN HEAD! Tell yourself that
WHAT IS YOUR END GOAL? Always think about what you want out of your gym journey, what are you working towards? And you will never be able to get over the fear of being
The reality is,
