When you spend money on a coffee, you want it to hit the spot. There is nothing worse then spending £3/£4 on a coffee that tastes like something I could have made in my kitchen!! Starbucks is next to me, Costa is across the road, but I ALWAYS make that extra effort to walk to PRET. I just freakin love PRET.
I can honestly say that PRET is my favourite coffee shop of all time! I LOVE IT. If you have never been, I would highly recommend it! No I am not sponsored by them although I wish I was… I’m just simply giving you guys a helping hand! So here are a couple of reasons why Pret is the BEST COFFEE SHOP OF ALL TIME:
THEY DO A FIREEEE COCONUT LATTE
My order is a Coconut Latte (mmm). I crave this drink from Pret EVERY DAY! It’s unbelievable really… If you don’t know, get to know. It just does the job. Just the right amount of milk (dairy free) and one shot of coffee rather than two. It’s not too strong or bitter. It’s UNREAL! This is embarrassing already.
2. THE FOOD IS FRESHLY MADE ON THE DAY & WILL HELP YOUR WAISTLINE.
You never see a sell by date on their food as it is made in the kitchen ON THE DAY. That makes it different from all the other coffee shops. Sooooo many healthy options which you can grab on your lunch break. One of my PRET favourite’s (which will fill you up until dinner), is the teriyaki salmon sushi salad (ughhh to die for!). Healthy, nutritious, filling, high quality. That’s all homies, that is all.
3. CHEAP & CHEERFUL!
The coffee’s are SOO MUCH CHEAPER and JUST SO MUCH BETTER! Why wouldn’t this be your number 1 choice?! It’s only like £2 a coffee, absolute bargain! We all like to save our pennies where we can! PRET are known for their amazing prices and no the price doesn’t dictate the quality of their coffee.
3. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!
The staff are always on top form! The service is quick and they’re all super friendly! There is nothing better than a friendly chat with someone whilst you wait for your coffee (everyone knows I love a good chat). AND they’re so quick I’ve never seen anything like it! Legends at PRET I love you!
So, my top recommendation for the best coffee shop has to be PRET hands down! From coffee to customer service! If you haven’t tried a PRET, get yourself down their ASAP. Trust me when I tell you, I know a good coffee from a sh*t one! And if you’re as obsessed with coffee as much as I am, I hope I’ve given you a lil something to run with 😉
